As the temperatures start to look more like winter, this is a gentle reminder that students in grades Prek-5 MUST be properly equipped with snowpants, snow boots, coat, hats, and gloves. Students not properly equipped will not be allowed out at recess. We know how crucial recess is for the students so please make sure yours is ready to be outside!

Today, the state has made the decision to change the attendance policy for the upcoming winter sports season. We are now allowed to run at 25% capacity, up to 150 fans. Right now we plan on designating 40-50 tickets to the away team's fans. That will leave 100 to 110 for our fans. We will presell season tickets to family first $50 for adult $40 for student. If you are a parent and you purchased an activities pass your fee will be waved. Once we have those passes established we will have single game tickets available for will call the morning of the game. You can reserve a ticket the morning of the game by calling the school and getting put on the list. Thank you for your patience. This has not been an easy road, but we remain thankful that we will have fans at our games. Please remember that when you attend games that the mask mandate applies to our school, so masks should remain on at all possible times. We want to ensure that we continue to have games and fans at those games. Your understanding is appreciated. If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Zietz.

As our winter sports contests are drawing near, I would like to inform our fans that our home games will be limited to players' family members only as our school can only have a total of 50 fans. High school coaches will work with players to determine each families needs and get passes distributed. Passes will cost $50 a piece unless you purchased an activity pass. At this time fans will not be able to attend away games. Home games will be available to watch on our youtube channel. Most away games will have streaming of some sort. Junior High sports will also be limited to home fans only, passes will not be issued, but please be diligent in having only parents and sibling attend. Thanks for your understanding. Please reach out to Mr. Zietz if you have any questions.

Nedrose Cardinal Community, This year, our blood drive is going to look a little different! We are hosting a "virtual blood drive". In other words, Vitalant won't be coming to Nedrose...we will be going to them! Vitalant has designated December 1-11 as Nedrose Week (even though it is a little more than a week). The School Health Council and Student Council would LOVE it if you could find some time to go donate blood. To donate, please use the link below. I will also post a "how to" on signing up. Remember, the sooner you sign up, the more time slots that are available! https://learn.vitalant.org/LP=148?drive_code=H2386&division=MOUNTAIN%26%region=FAR To show our thanks, any donor signing up under our drive link during the December 1st-11th virtual blood drive will be entered into a prize drawing! Attention students: You may be able to donate during school hours! You must meet the following requirements: 1) Be at least 16 2) Have a C or higher in all of your classes 3) Have written permission from your parents to drive 4) Have written permission from the teacher(s) from the class(es) you might miss. Please talk to Mrs. Howard if you are interested in this option!
