The Central Dakota Metropolitan Planning Organization (CDMPO), which is developing a Bike and Pedestrian Plan to guide future investments in active transportation across Minot, Surrey, and Burlington.
The plan will help identify opportunities to improve walking, biking, and the use of small personal mobility devices such as e-bikes and e-scooters, with a focus on safer, more connected routes.

Good morning Cardinal fans!! Today is the home opener for football at 7:00pm vs MLS. There will be a tailgate from 5:30-6:30 with burgers, dogs, chips, and dessert provided by Bravera Bank and the Nedrose Booster Club. The booster club is also sponsoring free admission for Nedrose students grades K-5 with an adult! Come out, enjoy the fun, and cheer on our Cardinals in the first game of the season! It is time to sign up your 1st-6th grader to be a Little Cardinal Helper! Your little cardinal can help out at a varsity football game or a varsity volleyball game. They get a free T-shirt, free admission to the night's game, help the team with warm-ups , and get introduced with the team. More information is in the sign-up.

Due to the amount of information given out, The Middle and High school admin decided give our parent information in the form of a video! That way, parents can retrieve the information again and again. THEREFORE, there will be no parent meetings for Middle and High School tonight. Mrs. Raymond will still be giving her presentation at the elementary. Feel free to stop in a talk with Mr. Kittelson or Mr. Schmaltz about any questions. Reminder: NO SCHEDULE CHANGES TONIGHT! 2025-2026 Yearbooks available for pickup!
Yearbooks will be available in Mrs. Bahm’s classroom at the high school during the open house on the evening of August 17th. Classroom is located in the northwest wing. There are extras available if you didn’t get a chance to purchase one. They will be $25. Cash or check only please. I also have old yearbooks available too! If you are unable to pick them up that evening, they’ll get sent home with students that first week. See you all soon!
