Reminder: Nedrose athletes & Nedrose parents of athletes: Trinity Sports Medicine is excited to once again host FASTER sessions at Nedrose High School this coming summer. These sessions are intended for athletes that will be entering grade 5 through grade 12 next fall. This program is designed to decrease the likelihood of serious injury to athletes by working on Flexibility, Agility, Core stability and proper jumping and landing mechanics as well as enhance your summer workout routine. This program is not to be confused with Mr. Weidler’s weight training sessions. We are offered as an enhancement to his program. We are seeking those looking to make themselves better competitors and are willing to push themselves as well as those that may just want to try something new. May 19 is our last day of school. We will be dismissing at the elementary at 11:15 and at the high school at 11:30 that day. There will be no breakfast or lunch but will serve brunch to all students free of charge. Enjoy your summer!!

The Middle school dance is May 5th. Please have students dropped off at the door 12 in back parking lot.

We will be hosting a blood drive on May 9th from noon - 4 PM. If you are interested in donating, please email Mrs. Howard at mrshoward@nedrose.com to schedule an appointment. All donors will be emailed $20 in amazon.com gift cards and entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $5000 gift card.

Congratulations to Mal Schuh and Taya Baric for competing at the state speech tournament today. Taya was named to the All State Team, earned a superior medal in Impromptu, and placed 4th in Extemp Speaking! Way to go Cardinals!

Due to the upcoming weather, Nedrose has made the decision to postpone their varsity track meet from Friday, April 21 to Monday, May 1st. It will start at 12p.m. Go Cardinals!

JH Track in Rugby for Thursday has been cancelled due to weather. We will have regular practice on Thursday after school.

JH track meet for Tuesday has been moved to tomorrow, Monday April 17. All JH tracksters will leave at 11am tomorrow. For any questions, please message the coaches on the Remind app.

Congrats to all the Nedrose music students who performed at Regional Small groups today. All the groups except for one received rating of 1 with one group receiving a star! Congrats to Kenna Huff and Adaya Kajene! They will be moving onto state on May 6th! Go Cardinals!!

Fans attending the fast pitch softball games at the bubble today: Please make sure you stand on the 1st base side to watch. No food or beverages other than water. Restrooms are located in the wellness center. There will be no concessions. Admission is free.
