Dear 5th – 8th Music Parents,
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the cancellation of the Sawyer Festival originally scheduled for this Wednesday, March 5th due to an unforeseen family emergency. I am truly sorry for this. This decision was not made lightly, but under the circumstances, I feel this is best decision for our students. I want them to be successful and feel with my absence we would not be at our full performing potential.
I deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. The students and I have a plan in effect already to make up for this cancellation! When we know for sure what we are doing and the dates I will send out another email and make sure it is posted on the website.
I am truly grateful for your support and hope to bring Sawyer Festival back in the future. Thank you for your patience, compassion, and continued love for the music.

Tomorrow is Senior Night for our boys' basketball team as they take on the New Town Eagles in their last home game of the year! Congratulations to Maycee Boyce on winning the girls wrestling individual championship in the 155 division! Khylie Schlotz also had a great performance, placing fourth in the 112 division. The team achieved an incredible feat by becoming the overall individual state champion! Today, these young ladies will compete in the State Dual Championship. Good luck! We are proud of your remarkable accomplishments!
