We will be starting our Summer Weightlifting Program for students entering grades 9-12 on May 31st. Sessions will run Monday-Thursday. Sessions will be ending at the end of July. We will be doing be doing 1.5 hour sessions:
6:30am – 8:00am
8:00am – 9:30am
