Hello all, I thought I would tell you what the music department has been doing all last semester. We started it off with 5th -7th graders attending Surround the State in Song in October. For the first time, high school band members attended UND Band Days. They played at half time of a UND football game. Then in November we had 6 out of 8 make it into Northwest Festival. A record for Nedrose Music Dept. We have some talented students that are getting recognized for their talents and hard work. A week later we had the high school go to Celebration of Music. Next up they had the privilege of to perform in the Festival of Trees event. Concerts, National Anthems, and pep band filled the air all semester also. Stay tuned to other future endeavors happening in the music department.
